1. Commission Structure
The Narnium Partners program offers flexible commission models:
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition): One-time payment for each qualified First Time Deposit (FTD)
- Revenue Share: Percentage of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) generated by referred players
- Hybrid Model: Combination of CPA + Revenue Share
Note: Specific percentages, CPA amounts, and commercial terms are defined in individual written agreements with each affiliate based on traffic quality and volume.
2. Revenue Calculation
Monthly Revenue Share commissions are calculated as follows:
NGR × (1 − 12% Admin Fee) = Commissionable Revenue
Commissionable Revenue × Agreed RevShare % = Commission
A 12% administrative fee is deducted from Net Gaming Revenue before commission calculation.
3. Payment Terms
- Commissions calculated monthly
- Payments processed within 30 days following month-end
- Minimum payout thresholds may apply per individual agreements
- Payments may be delayed up to 90 days pending fraud investigation
- Revenue Share applies for the lifetime of referred players unless otherwise agreed
4. High Roller Cap
Negative NGR exceeding EUR 5,000 per individual player per month is capped at that amount. Excess negative revenue does not offset commission from other players.
5. Player Qualification
- Players must be new, first-time registrations
- FTD (First Time Deposit) must be made with real money
- Bonus abuse, fraud, or duplicate accounts may result in non-payment
- All players subject to standard terms and conditions
6. Negative Carryover
No negative carryover policy: Negative commission balances in one month do not carry forward to subsequent months (unless otherwise specified in individual agreements).
7. Termination
- Upon termination, qualified CPA commissions remain payable
- Revenue Share commissions cease at month-end
- Fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of all outstanding amounts
- 30 days written notice required for termination by either party
8. Prohibited Activities
- Self-referrals or referring family members
- Trademark bidding without prior written approval
- Spam, misleading advertising, or fraudulent traffic
- Incentivized sign-ups or bonus abuse schemes
- Promotion in restricted territories
9. Reporting & Tracking
Affiliates have access to near real-time reporting dashboard showing:
- Clicks, registrations, and FTDs
- Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)
- Calculated commissions
- Player lifetime value
